looking for individuals who have been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma,
or who have a family member who has been diagnosed with this disease. The
one-on-one interview will take approximately 60 minutes to complete and
will be conducted remotely online and by telephone, from the comfort of
your home or office. You will be paid $75 for your participation.
WHO:
1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma;
2. Individuals who have a family member who has been diagnosed with
non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

information.
1. If they have been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, tell us the
when they were diagnosed.
2. If they have a family member who has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin
lymphoma, tell us their relationship to the individual, and the year in
which they were diagnosed. Also tell us how involved they are/were in
finding information about their family member’s cancer or cancer
treatment.
